Existing grass, debris, and organic material removed. Site excavated to proper depth for base installation.

Crushed aggregate base compacted to specification for drainage, stability, and turf longevity.

Weed Barrier Placement
Commercial-grade weed barrier installed over compacted base before turf is laid.

Turf Installation & Seaming
Turf rolled out, cut to fit, and seamed professionally. No visible seams on completed installations.

Infill Application
Crumb rubber or silica sand infill applied and brushed in to support turf fibers and improve performance.

Edging & Finishing
Perimeter secured with bender board or nailed edge. Site cleaned and turf groomed on completion.
