When Your Roof Needs More Than a Patch
Roofs in Metro Atlanta and West Georgia face a combination of challenges that age them faster than many other regions: intense UV exposure from our southern sun, violent summer thunderstorms with hail and high winds, heavy moisture load from 50+ inches of annual rainfall, and frequent wildlife activity along the roofline. A roof that's 15–20 years old in Georgia is typically near the end of its useful life — and a roof damaged by raccoons, squirrels, or storm events often needs replacement rather than repair to restore structural integrity and prevent water intrusion.
We specialize in roof replacement that's coordinated with wildlife remediation — the intersection where most roofing companies and most wildlife companies both leave homeowners to figure things out on their own. When raccoons tear through decking to access an attic, or squirrels chew through fascia and work their way under shingles, the resulting damage frequently requires both wildlife exclusion and structural roof repair that borders on or becomes full replacement. We assess the full scope of damage, provide options, and complete the work as a single coordinated project.
We install 30-year and 50-year architectural asphalt shingles — the current standard for residential roofing in Georgia — in a full range of colors to match existing materials or refresh your home's exterior. We also offer metal roofing for homeowners seeking maximum longevity and storm resistance. All installations include ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, proper ridge and hip coverage, and correct flashing at all penetrations and wall intersections. Every installation is permitted where required and inspected.

Our Roof Replacement Process
Roof Inspection & Assessment
We inspect the full roof surface, decking, flashing, gutters, and roofline for damage and wear. We document findings with photos and provide a written assessment distinguishing between what can be repaired and what requires replacement.
Shingle & Material Selection
We present material options with pricing — 30-year architectural shingles, 50-year premium shingles, and metal roofing — along with color samples. We help you match existing exterior materials or choose an updated look.
Installation
Old roofing is stripped to the decking. Decking is inspected and repaired where needed. Ice-and-water shield is installed at eaves and valleys. New underlayment, shingles, ridge cap, and flashing are installed to manufacturer specifications.
Inspection, Cleanup & Warranty
All debris is removed and the property is magnetically swept for fasteners. We provide manufacturer warranty documentation for the shingle product and our own workmanship warranty for the installation. Final photos are provided.
What Our Customers Say

— Carol S., Carrollton, GA
"Our roof was 22 years old and it was time. Very professional job, great communication throughout, and the cleanup was impeccable. You'd never know they were there except the new roof looks fantastic."
— Jim T., Marietta, GA
"They found decking damage underneath that the previous inspector missed. Honest about what needed to be done and the final price was exactly what they quoted."
— Rebecca H., Newnan, GA
